Learning at Lunchtime with Proviso School District 209

Security is the first encounter for everyone that enters a Proviso School District 209 School building. Proviso greeters, security detail and new lunchroom security teams consist of close to 50 staff members. 
DVA Leadership and Development Training was called in to reinforce the importance of good customer service for the new school year.  Using games that teach to support the leader-led lecture hi-lighted effective communication and boundaries as two of the major components of good customer service.
