DVA Leadership and Development Training

Tennis Ball Transfer This requires a large metal washer and a tennis ball for each group. The groups have to hold the strings and balance a tennis ball on the washer while walking and moving towards a plastic cup a distance away. Once the team successfully reaches the cup without dropping the ball, they have to work together to figure out how to get the ball into the cup without touching either one. Security is the first encounter for everyone that enters a Proviso School District 209 School building. Proviso greeters, security detail and new lunchroom security teams consist of close to 50 staff members.  DVA Leadership and Development Training was called in to reinforce the importance of good customer service for the new school year.  Using games that teach to support the leader-led lecture hi-lighted effective communication and boundaries as two of the major components of good customer service.
